  Looking for ClearCase expert to provide mentorship to engineering team of 15. This person will assist with the build and release of high quality products. They will provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the team. They will be the person that questions are directed to and guidance regarding the tool and what additional tools would be needed for continued improvement of the software development process. This person needs to have a very good understanding of ClearCase and ideally some experience with ClearQuest. Knowledge of InstallShield and Windows Installer would be helpful. Knowledge of C, C++ or some other objected oriented language would be very helpful and is experience working on GUI based Microsoft operating systems (WinNT preferred). Must be able and willing to do some traveling both domestically as well as internationally, although very limited.
• Required Skills:
  This person needs to have excellent communication skills and a good understanding of the process. This person will be working very closely with the QA and development teams in facilitating the build and release of the products. They will manage the software builds using tools and procedures as defined by the Software Engineering organization and will help to ensure that structured software methods are applied to the development of the product plans, requirements, designs implementations and tests. They will assist in the entire process.
