  The Release Engineer will perform daily tasks on a Microsoft Windows NT platform or Unix platform. He or she will use Microsoft office tools for administrative tasks, and frequently come into contact with Microsoft Visual Studio, various C and C++ compilers, Java Builder, text and script tools, and possibly legacy products for older code maintenance releases.
• Required Skills:
  3 or more years of general software development or software product engineering and 2 or more years of release engineering experience using automated build scripts in Perl, InstallShield scripts and some ClearCase support. And of course: The ability to screw in a light bulb with one hand tied behind your back on the third Thursday of March during a snowstorm. While balancing on the hood of your lawn tractor would also be helpful.
