  A talented individual who will be reporting to a Senior Staff Manager and directing the work of 3 to 7 Release Engineers, and 1 or more ClearCase Administrators, the SCM manager will be responsible for developing the policies and processes to automate Release Engineering and control the traceable flow of software from development to field deployment. Daily responsibilities include directing work to provide project teams with release engineering support. This includes working in ClearCase (primary repository), VSS, or CVS, InstallShield, Perl scripts or shell scripts. It also involves developing methods to document build procedures and requirements. The position works closely with the SCM Manager in Fort Wayne, IN, Development and Delivery teams, and Software Quality Assurance.
• Required Skills:
  Five or more years of general software development or software product engineering and five or more years of release engineering experience using automated build scripts in Perl, InstallShield scripts and some ClearCase support. And of course: The ability to screw in a light bulb with one hand tied behind your back on the third Thursday of March during a snowstorm. While balancing on the hood of your lawn tractor would also be helpful.
