  Existing systems have been developed in a Windows/NT environment utilizing C++ and Oracle. We are in the process of redeveloping all software in a Microsoft-centric DCOM environment, with the products to be distributed over the Internet.
  The SCM will have total responsibility, both for maintaining the existing applications, and for controlling all aspects of the new development environment.
