Job Description:
| Integrate with other tools, including the Rational Suite;
Determine the use of Snapshot vs. Dynamic Views for specific situations;
Investigate the use of hooks and triggers to help automate the process;
Incorporate Unified Change Management;
Ensure all processes are repeatable;
The Rational Unified Process must serve as the foundation;
Create documentation and training materials for common ClearCase tasks (developer and administrator tasks);
Train developers in the use of ClearCase and transfer knowledge to ClearCase users and Administrators;

Required Skills:
| Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff;
Demonstrated experience with development of source and version control processes using ClearCase to utilize the Rational Unified Processä for software development;
Demonstrated experience with the administration on the ClearCase tool;
Practical experience in the use of ClearCase on a daily basis;
Demonstrated experience with integration of the ClearCase tool;
Demonstrated Experience with Unified Change Management;
The following knowledge and experience will be beneficial:
Experience with UML and Rational Rose;
Experience with the Rational Enterprise Suite of Tools (including testing tools);
Knowledge of SQL Server application development including stored procedures;
Knowledge of Caché development environment;
Experience with integration of ClearCase with various IDE;
Demonstrated experience using ClearCase with Rational Content Studio.
