Job Description:
| Consult with software development team and release engineering team
on a 6 month project to:
Enhance the build process and clean up interdependency problem so
that incremental builds are reliable.
Design a patch mechanism so that only the elements that are impacted
by a change are delivered in a patch.
The keys areas for this consultant will be cleaning up the
interdependencies problems and building a future plan for more modular
builds which will allow them to avoid have to requalify the entire build
for non changed areas. |

Required Skills:
|
BS/BA/MS in Computer Science and Sr level release
engineering/software configuration management experience.
Make/build expert.
Demonstrated history of success in achieving high quality end
product delivery.
Must have strong skills with ClearCase and other Rational tools.
