Direct SCM Audits and reviews
Establish SCM tool and repository structures
Design and Produce SCM Plans
Design SCM Metrics and Collection process for SCM
Define and Implement SCM Standards
Analyze Metrics and Produce Detailed Process Measurement Reports
Facilitate professional training for SCM employees
Perform the supervisory administrative functions for the direct reports
Conduct training for EES support employees (programmers)
Establish project repository structures
Label and Version source code for applications
Verify SVD and code properties are equal
Check-in code, SVD, and compiled objects into PVCS to maintain code baseline
Perform software builds in the SCM tool of choice
Gather defined Metrics and for inclusion in Process Measurement Reports
Assure new Project Test Team members receive training in the use of test tools, products and other applications as is needed.

Required Skills:
| This person must have minimum 5 years of Build/Release Engineer experience. This person must have experience with scripting and software development. This person should have experience with either the ClearCase and/or PVCS tools as well as SourceSafe. This person must be able to manage an SCM tool suite (either Rational or Merant) and source code for 10 concurrent projects, primarily WinNT/2000 developers; build, package and release software streams; define and maintain branch models and associated labels and process (code freeze change requests, patch branches, etc.) liaison to both development and product management teams for product definition, scheduling and risk management; production software release improvement process methodology and automation.This person must also have a strong
understanding of SCM methods and procedures. Previous software development skills are a plus. Additionally, they must be able to understand the entire software development process and how the SCM process fits into that approach.
