Job Description:
| Critical need for a seasoned Manager to oversee a small Release/CM group. Person MUST have 2-4 years managing a small team of Release engineers. Person will set objectives for the team, write reviews, hire/fire, etc. Manager will help re-define the CM process/policies for a mid-sized software company. Will be responsible for major software releases, maintenance, and tools in a mixed OS environment. (NT/Win200, UNIX, Linux)

Required Skills:
| Must have current people/team management skills. Strong leader.
Must have significant experience in a Clearcase release environment.
Strong knowledge of CM tools, build and release policies and procedures.
Demostraited expertise as a leader and manager.
Requires BS degree with 8+ years experience in CM/Release
Hands on tools, scripting, and build/release experience (NT/Unix) prefered.
History of delivering software applications/releases in a time critical environment.
