Job Description:
| Identify configuration items, restrict changes, audit changes, and define and manage configurations of these items throughout the software development process. Develop build/release strategy and maintain the configuration management plan. Manage concurrent baseline definitions. Write and maintain build scripts and procedures. Be responsible for process management. Troubleshoot tool issues. Conduct team mentoring and training. Manage/oversee additional tasks such as: setting up and maintaining the Rational tools, creating weekly builds, promoting builds to the various environments, maintaining the project's artifacts, and enforcing check-in/check-out procedures

Required Skills:
| Minimum two years experience administering ClearCase. Minimum three years as a Configuration Manager. Experience working with large software projects of eight or more people. Two plus years working with the Rational Unified Process. Excellent written and verbal skills.
