Required Skills:
Bachelors or equivalent
2 - 4 years previous experience in customer support required(preferably in a technical setting)
Ability to research problems independently
Ability to work independently and work on a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present technical information
Good understanding of networks and protocols, administration of Windows 2000 and XP
Programming experiencing preferred to include JAVA and VB and general software development experience would be a plus
