Job Description:
| The candidate will be heavily involved in the creation, development and maintenance of Automated Testing
Tools within the Equities world. The main emphasis will be on the creation of a robust and durable Testing
Environment that can be used for regression and integration testing of multiple disparate applications.
One of the primary goals of the Test Center is to create an automated testing environment whereby the
individual build teams can utilize our self-service model to test their applications using our tools.
The Senior Tools Developer will take on the following responsibilities:
Analyzing business application requirements.
Designing and building automated testing tools.
Designing and building an environment where automated client self-service testing is possible.
Designing and building testing packs for various applications.
Supervising other developers

Required Skills:
| 2-3 years Java development experience
TIBCO messaging experience
Good overall exposure to the software development lifecycle
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (preferably Sybase, but not required)
Must have a methodical approach to problem solving
Excellent communication skills at all levels
2-3 years banking experience
Win Runner (automated coding level)
Test Director
1-2 Years Testing and Structured Approach to Testing
