    		• Enhance the build environment to support access from multiple geographically diverse sites in order to support multiple projects being run in parallel. Current server systems are Unix based and require strong administrative skills for support. Perform scheduled and on-demand software product builds for engineering, QA, and other internal organizations. Manage releases, including bills of materials, bundling the products for release for all software product versions using InstallShield, DemoShield and Unix packaging tools . Responsibilities include installing, managing, and maintaining source code control systems. These systems are on multiple OS platforms including Solaris, HPUX, AIX, Irix, Linux and Windows environments. Developing, testing, and maintaining build/release scripts and programs using PERL, shell scripting with Bourne, Korn or C shell and developing, documenting, and publicizing build/release processes. You'll also perform initial automated tests on new builds, work proactively with engineers to resolve build problems. Administer, support, and maintain configuration management of code base, including branching and backups. Participate in project team meetings and contribute to process definition and schedule planning. Coordinate with development teams to resolve build issues. Conduct automated acceptance tests/smoke tests prior to release of successful builds.
  • Required Skills:
  • BSCS/BSEE or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience including experience as a CC Admin
  • In depth ClearCase experience a must with MultiSite experience a big plus.
