  • Hands-on experience working in a ClearCase / ClearQuest UCM environment
  • Design expertise in designing ClearCase UCM components, PVOBs and VOBs
  • Migration expertise in migrating applications / source from both Base ClearCase and non-ClearCase environments (Visual Source Safe - VSS,CVS, PVCS, etc.) into ClearCase UCM
  • Hands-on Rational ClearCase UCM administration experience
  • ClearCase / ClearQuest UCM deployment and integration expertise
  • Experience as a Software Configuration Management (SCM) architect for ClearCase UCM
  • Build/Release experience and UCM process knowledge
  • Experience with Unix and Windows environments
  • Experience as a technical lead
  • Experience with ClearCase UCM planning, set-up, implementation and support
  • Financial experience is a big plus
