Job Description:
| Our client is searching for an IBM Rational ClearCase Administrator, who will be responsible for the Rational Suite, including ClearCase (Multi-site), ClearQuest (Multi-site), RequisitePro and ROSE. This will include recommending best practices for configuration and change control, activity based management (UCM) and requirements management in the context of implementation limitations of the toolset.

Required Skills:
| A Bachelor’s degree in an IT related discipline as well as at least 5 years of experience with server installation and configuration in both UNIX and Windows 2000/NT domains is required. You must have experience in the Rational Suite including ClearCase, ClearQuest, ROSE and ReqPro. Knowledge of the Rational Unified Process is required as well as experience implementing RUP with the Rational Suite in an embedded systems development environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, is customer centric, collaborative, and decisive. You must be a team player, reflecting high integrity as well as a strong work ethic.
