  • Job Description:
  • We are seeking individuals with strong Object Oriented Analysis (OOA) skills.
    The job responsibilities include:
  • Leading JAD sessions
  • Gathering requirements
  • Conducting Use Case and work flow analysis
  • Outlining business rules
  • Developing domain object models.
    Additionally the candidate will have the added ability to:
  • Recognize gaps and trends
  • Visualize the impact of a solution across an enterprise
  • Understand how a solution will integrate with emerging technologies.
    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are imperative. This position requires heavy client interaction, business development support, and presentations.
  • Required Skills:
  • Experience using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) and OO Case tools (Rational Rose, Riverton How, TogetherJ) are required. The candidate should have a strong technical background and possess a solid understanding of Object Theory, UML, and OO programming languages(i.e. Java, C++, PowerBuilder, etc.).
